Pricing questions
What counts as a token?
Tokens are the units AI models use to process text. Roughly 1 token = 4 characters of English text. Both input (your question + context) and output (the response) count toward your quota.
What happens when I hit the limit?
On the Free plan, usage stops until the next monthly window. On Pro, you can spend from your credit wallet to continue. When credits run out, usage stops until the next window or you top up.
Can I add credits on the Free plan?
No. Credits are only available on the Pro plan. Upgrade to Pro to unlock credit top-ups and higher monthly quotas.
How do credits work?
Credits are equivalent to money. When you recharge your wallet with $10 (+ applicable taxes), $10 is added to your balance. Credits are consumed based on actual model usage costs when your included quota is exhausted.
How does per-seat billing work?
You purchase seats on the Pro plan. Active members in your workspace must not exceed your purchased seat count. Each seat includes 10M tokens per monthly window. Add or remove seats anytime.
